Urban myth: First, no "weak" strains of the COVID-19 virus have been identified. Second, there is no known "strong immune system" that is more effective in fighting coronavirus. The notion that some people have "strong" and others "weak" immune systems is an urban myth. This happens with chemotherapy, cancer, and similar situations. But not naturally in normal, healthy persons.

Weak virus: Attenuated viral vaccines are live viruses that have been cultured for many generations until they do not cause disease but can still trigger immunity. Measles, mumps, rubella and chickenpox are live virus vaccines. The current COVID-19 vaccines comes for just the spike protein and cannot cause disease. A live virus vaccine may be in our future, but not today.
