What does it mean when they say you have latent tb? i believe the covid 19 virus is shedded from your immune system, meaning u won't have covid virus, why not the same with tb virus?

They act differently: Latent TB are TB germs that remain in your body in a dormant state. They can become activated at a later time. Where as the COVID 19 virus (SARS -CoV 2) should leave your system when you recover.
