2 weeks minimum: The best time to test for chlamydia is at 2 weeks. Remember that each infection is different and it takes time for the chlamydia to reproduce enough of themselves to be measurable on a test. If you test at 14 days, the Swab test is the most accurate. After 3 weeks, urine tests reach similar accuracy rates.
