Hi, i have recently done a pap smear and my results came out clean which was good to know. however, i have irregular periods with really painful cramps. in december i got my periods twice and in november i missed it. i have a very heavy flow. ?

Heavy menses ?'s: Heavy menstrual bleeding with very painful cramping needs evaluation by a gyn physician. There are several potential causes which need to be ascertained, but ask your gyn about oral low dose contraceptives , which will allow for regular "periods" and decrease heavy bleeding and cramps.
