See a doctor ASAP: These are typical symptoms for systemic inflammation. If you take your temperature, you'll probably find it's elevated, then drops after a night sweat. There are many causes -- usually an infection, and with cough, maybe pneumonia or even tuberculosis; mononucleosis (glandular fever); many other viral infections; many other possibilities as well. Don't mess around with this; see a doctor ASAP.
