Good day, my one month baby has a rash around the neck area, he doesn't seem to be in much discomfort but he sweats a bit. i sometimes have to change his clothes because of the sweating. please could you advise.

Babies sweat !!: This is often due to trapped sweat in a pudgy baby. Airing the neck by blowing the area dry with a hairdryer (no heat) can help. Any other treatment would require an exam to confirm/exclude this or other problems.
