Loose Teeth: Over the internet is is difficult to tell if the loose tooth is a primary (baby) tooth or not. At your age periodontal issues with secondary (adult) teeth is very rare. In either event you should have your local dentist take a look.

Loose tooth: It's entirely possible what ou have is an over-retained baby tooth that has roots that are finally resorbing (dissolving away). However there is a rare gum/bone disorder called juvenile periodontitis tat ca cause the bone around permanent molars to dissolve away. Your Dentist, armed with current x-rays, can make the proper differentiation. Sounds like you are overdue for a check-up. See Dentist.
