A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hemorrhoids : If symptoms are the same as prior to colonoscopy, most likely cause is constipation. It should be relieved by taking high fiber diet,,starting with High fiber cereal like shredded wheat,, green vegetables fruits and prunes. Hydration is very important. He can also take bulk laxative or Mira lax kind of laxative. If symptoms persist , contact Gastroenterologist. Hope it helps.
