Sever things: Does it hurt? Is it new? How long have you had it? Most of these moveable small lumps that you can feel turn out to be harmless . It would be wise to get it checked out and let your doctor decide if it should be removed or not. It could be a simple fatty tumor which is harmless and common. Just in case is is something else, get it checked out!
