Tobacco & weed: Cigarette smoking, impairs ur lungs & respiratory functions, ur blood vessels, ur heart & kidneys, ur bladder, ur skin, etc. But not so much ur brain. Big smokers keep their mind clear. On the opposite, mj is very dangerous to the brain & may trigger "bad trip" w/ high anxiety, paranoid iideation, depersonalization, etc. Best advice is 4 u 2 quit both of them slowly under medical monitoring..
