Acute gout attack: You are describing acute gout of your toe. You mean your blood uric acid level is 10.3. This is very high and is gout zone for sure. The toe is usual site of acute gout. You have to rest your feet, elevate them, stay off as much as possible; norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) will not stop gout. You need an NSAID for 5-10 days or injection of cortisone.
