I had tongue biopsy 4 months ago, when i eat hard food its painful or when i yawn i couldnt stretch my tongue out much. im worried why is that happening??

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor who performed the surgery. Wish you good health!

Tongue: Scar tissue contraction, or possibly activation of the problem for which the biopsy was done. Please see the Surgeon that took the sample to have another look.
