I have pain in both sides of jaw also clicking and when I eat or yawn I get very painful spasms and my mouth is stuck open. What could this be?

May need follow-up: This sounds like TMJ in which the joint in temporamandibular area gets inflamed causing the muscle to spasm, causing pain and clicking sound. Put warm compresses and take OTC pain relievers (if not allergic to them). If not better, you need to see a Physician.
