My sons one gland by his neck is swollen. a bit sore when pushed. had a fever earlier. took temp again and is now 36.2c. no body aches or sore throat or fatigue. any idea what this could be?

Watch and wait: You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
