The most benign condition would be a reactive LN or possible EBV. My concern would be lymphoma however and I would urge you to see your PMD for a complete evaluation ASAP.

The enlarged lymph nodes in your neck could be due to inflammation in your throat or mouth area such as tonsillitis, dental problem, sinusitis or a lesion on your gums or other areas. Also other conditions such as lymphoma, sarcoidosis need to be ruled out. You should see your physician to examen your mouth and throat and feel the lymph nodes in your neck. Ultra sound of the nodes may be helpful
