Yes: Xrays emit very tiny amounts of radiation (.01mSv) as compared to natural radiation from the sun/earth/chemicals which is about 3.7mSv per year. It would take 300 Xrays to equal one year of normal environmental exposure, so even though you have had 3 xrays, there is little to no chance that it did any damage, especially compared to the medical/health benefits of diagnosis.
