Basics: Any of the fluid that comes from an erect/excited penis will contain some sperm. If any of that fluid enters your vagina there is a chance sperm will be able to move into position to cause pregnancy. It only takes one. Consider having him cover up with a condom even if you don't have sex. Risk is lower than with vaginal penetration but not zero.
