i have one toe on one foot that is always itchy. it is not red, swollen or cracked. it looks completely normal. ideas on why it may be itchy?

Many reasons : could be fungal infection. Could be increase blood supply. Could be decreased blood supply. Could be nerve irritation. You need to see a foot doctor

See below: You may have a fungal infection or just dry skin. I would use a combination of cortisone cream and antifungal cream. If this does not help see a podiatrist for treatment.
