However, at this time, there’s no evidence suggesting that the amount of radiation emitted by AirPods is enough to damage your health. However, listening to loud music has been proven to damage hearing.

I would say, based on the evidence we have right now, no. BUT…. AirPods and other Bluetooth enabled devices do bring electromagnetic radiation close to your brain. It’s possible that many years from now we will recognize they are harmful. So to be safe, limit how much time you wear Bluetooth devices. Consider using wired earphones some of the time.
