Health Fears: If you have frequent and intense fears of developing cancer because of the foods you eat (and assuming that you have a fairly healthy diet) then the issue which may merit more attention might be your fear. Wanting to eat healthy food is a positive but allowing fears to take over your life is not. Consider seeing a psychotherapist or a counselor if this is significantly impacting your wellness.
