When i breath , i have a sharp pain at the upper back. my nose are blocked and itchy, i struggle from dry mouth for the past week . i have a lower back pain that refuses me to sleep with my tummy facing down?

See your Dr: Your symptoms are worrisome enough to warrant a Dr's visit. Is it possible for you to see a Dr in person? More history is needed, along with a physical exam to determine if your back pain is musculoskeletal or from your lungs. If you are having shortness of breath it may be your lungs and should see your Dr right away. The nasal symptoms may be allergy related, but more history is needed.
