Fever in an adult is any temperature over 100.8. Occasionally people experience flushing of their face which makes it feel hot. this can be due to hormones, exertion, fight or flight reactions, and many more causes. If there is no fever, there is no reason to treat it. If you are uncomfortable with the flushing or heat, try applying a cool wet washcloth to make your skin feel cooler.
