Body/head aches dizziness and fever while vacationing in hot cimate. what might it be?

Flulike symptoms: Many vacationers are exposed to pathogens (bacterial or viral), especially in areas where sanitation does not meet 'western' standards--island resorts, for example. While the virus (or bacteria) is seldom identified, most find the disease 'runs it course'. Even in the usa, these outbreaks can and do happen. If no improvement over 3 to 5 days, visit a doctor.
