A member asked:

Since i was a teen ive had a small hump/bump (in the spine) at the base of my neck. i now believe that to be a dowagers hump. are strengthening exercises enough to help reduce it?

Maybe/not: What you describe sounds like a prominent spinous process (outgrowth) of your backbone at that location. It is to these outward projections that the back muscles are anchored. Nothing you do is likely to make it go away. You can bring it up with your doc at your next encounter.
