Very unusual: Moveable subcutaneous bumps that can be moved over the entire back would be very unusual but possibly related to the injury. There are movable types of lipomas.

Big injury!: Most have been a big injury or you were on blood thinners or both. I guess you could have had a large enough hematoma that liquified and turned into a seroma that could have left a large enough dead space for some calcifications of small parts of the hematoma to now travel through that cavity.Like marbles with some seroma fluid remaining!
