Creatine 1.69, gfr 34, 14 months ago went from 76 to 71, then 58 then 43 and now 34. take meds for high bp, high until 6 weeks ago, new meds .diabetes pills, glucose has been above 120 up to 1 time 251, for 5 years. no protein in urine?

See a Nephrologist: Your serum creatinine is mildly elevated but your GFR is quite low. Since you don't have proteinuria, I can't attribute your abnormal kidney function to diabetic glomerulosclerosis, but I question whether it's due to antihypertensive medications like ACE inhibitor and a diuretic or from other bilateral kidney pathology like renal vascular disease or chronic renal inflammation.
