I have left arm pain since somedays.it got increased when i do work.i got ecg done,it is normal.so doctor gave pain killers but pain is decreasing only when i use them.i have history of stroke.when i stop using painkillers pain increasing.reason?

At least 2: One reason is that some process is causing your pain, many time that is inflammatory and the root will need to be identified and addressed. Second reason is the way pain pills work as once the effect goes away in few hours, the pain will be back. Sustained release pills may help in that regard once a diagnosis is formulated.
