Maybe hiatal hernia: Could be a hiatal hernia, but it would have to be a large hernia to cause these symtpoms, and a large hiatal hernia (also known as paraesophageal hernia) is rare in a 19 year old. It is usually diagnosed with an upper GI contrast study (xray).
