Buspar: As far as I can tell buspar has not been shown to prolong the qt interval and should be safe with prolonged QT syndrome. As far as Brugada syndrome, which is quite rare, I would ask both your pharmacist and a cardiologist experienced in electrophysiology this question and certainly, if one takes buspar, any fainting episodes should be a red flag.
