I don't believe that xyzal or flonase would prolong the QTc interval. As for medications used in the presence of the types of Brugada syndrome, there's a long list of precautions that are often given to patients to show to any MD's that prescribe meds for them. I'd have to advise you to get such a list from your cardiologist or pharmacist.
