Could be normal: Some mild abdominal pains are typical in early pregnancy and not concerning. If it continues or if you start spotting bright red, you might need to see a Dr for a pelvic ultrasound. For now, take it easy, rest, lots of fluids and nutritious foods.

Sx’s can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; increasesed frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings & aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line & white, milky vaginal discharge.
