There is a: very low failure rate with tubal ligation. Was the test read at the correct time? If you read it after allowing it to sit out for a while then an evaporation line can sometimes be read as a + & the material will become more concentrated. Consider repeating a home pregnancy test or getting a blood pregnancy test from your doctor. Take care.
