Brush: Brush your teeth. Do not smoke. Do not drink beverages that stain your teeth. Lead a very healthy lifestyle. If that does not work. See a dentist about bleaching your teeth.

HMM!!!: Even brushing your teeth is a dental procedure. So it's like asking, "how can i see without using my eyes?".

OTC: If you do not want a dentist to do it. Consider whitening strips. They work for my wife and daughter.

Photoshop: Other than that, some type of dental procedure would be necessary to whiten teeth. From a simple professional cleaning to a dentist supervised whitening technique (or cosmetic restorations as the final resort).

Whitening toothpaste: There are many ways to improve the shade of the teeth, eg, no coffee and tea, no red wine,...etc. The whitening toothpaste probably is one of least expensive way to get your teeth whiter. If you are looking to improve the whiter shade greatly, then you will need to have a check with your dentist.
