I have grade 2 varicocele. it was detected by my urologist about 2 years ago and he recommended that i should observe it for the time being and did not recommended any treatment. should i go for treatment, what do you recommend?

Follow up: Is recommended. If any symptoms assignable to varicocele, such as pain or infertility, your urologist needs to know as surgery may be offered at that point.
