NO: Just don't worry , varicocele is harmless , in few only may cause low sperm count , then only need surgery. Just wear a nice briefs that is all you need now and finish your training.

After varicocele surgery conducted when I was 15 years old, complication came out - hydrocele. But after physical therapy some fluid gone, but some remains and it doesnt bother me(no pain). Does hydrocele affect puberty, testosterone levels?
