bilateral and sudden neck pain especially after anxiety and stressful periods. it comes sudden and sharp and i have a clear mri. what causes neck pain and how to take control of this pain at home? normal blood pressure during that period. thanks?

CBT: Many people express emotional stress by tension in their neck, shoulders and upper back. I can't say if this is the cause for you. Since your symptoms are associated with stress, have you consider relaxation therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy to reduce stress?
