blood test results show high monocyte (0.8) low thyroid tsh (0.35) low testosterone (320) and low albumin (35). all else within bounds which condition could explain vertigo, depression, anxiety and impaired mental function over a period of 2 years?

Hyperthyroid: The TSH is low this can be associated with hyperthyoridism which could be underlying factor in the conditions described.
