Need a check up: You're question is somewhat complicated. You need a comprehensive physical exam and may need blood testing. Also you're blood pressure and heart rate should be assessed laying flat and then sitting upright or standing. This is known as orthostatic assessment. Significant changes in pressure laying or sitting indicates a potential problem.
