Exam: Any change your abnormality in a breast color lump bruise etc., can be a sign of a serious condition which can be cancer infection or minor benign condition such as a bruise or a cyst. Face to face exam by a physician either primary care or general surgery is what is required for diagnosis and treatment

Bruise: If indeed a bruise, it should slowly fade away in the next few days. If persisting, having a physical exam with your doc would be indicated.
