Im passing urine once a day, muscles are aching and dull ache in both flanks and nausea. saw urgent dr who found blood in my urine and no uti. they gave no recommendations. any suggestions on what i should do next?

You should see a medical personnel who is able to obtain information of what was done by the urgent Dr, and be able to examine you get more history from you, and laboratory evaluation to determine the cause and then treat you. It looks like you may be having kidney disease that more not be infection; or muscle being in abnormal state thus affecting the urine test.

You shold see a Urologist for further evaluation of blood in urine
