Cough: There are a small number of people who have COVID 19 and have had negative test results. The question is why are you coughing? Coughing can be from postnasal drip, lung problems, gastric reflux, asthma, or throat issues. There many other reasons for a cough. Please see a doctor

Cough: Agree with Dr. Romano, There is a long list of possible causes for your cough. Since your cough has persisted for two months and is clearly causing you problems - A medical assessment would be a good next step to take.

See doctor: Any cough that remains unresolved for more than 2 weeks warrants evaluation by a doctor. In countries, such as ZA and India, it warrants that tuberculosis be excluded. Wish you good health!
