I have covid symptoms were 3 days fever and some cough and i recovered successfully tested negative. i just want to know which area or organ of body virus effect did virus entered in my lungs also or not if it than why i didn't have any lungs symptom?

Many cases of COVID 19 are mild. The virus replicates and causes flu like symptoms, including cough, fever and sometimes shortness of breath. The cough that you experienced though mild, is a result of the respiratory infection. Watch for recurrent symptoms, rest and eat a healthy diet.

Cough is also a lung symptom. Good news one is feeling better. Covid affects different people differently. It starts as a respiratory infection and probably got into the body through the Nose or mouth/ upper airways. One should do their best to follow Local Covid mandates.
