NO!: You can't make a diagnosis from a single white bump on your tongue. There are no lymph nodes on your tongue and you don't get zits on your tongue. See a doctor.

Not by itself: The internet is a terrific place to learn, but the type of concerns you have need to be evaluated locally. If you are that concerned about hiv, have yourself tested specifically for it. It this way you will know for sure.
