I keep getting a sharp pain in my lower right abdomen whenever i lay on my left side. its severity can vary and i think it may be related to indigestion but i don't get why it's only when i lay flat or on my left side. right side is fine to lay on?

Check: Seek immediate Care. Possible causes include bowel obstruction. No solid food, until seen by a physician. Watch for signs of fever, chills and vomiting.
