Liver: My 1st thought is inflammation of the liver. There are numerous different hepatitis viruses, most common is A, B and C. Hep B & C can be present w/o symptoms or only mild vague complaints. Hep A usually causes an acute self-limiting illness causing jaundice, abd discomfort, dark urine, pale stools. These can easily be diagnosed with blood tests and I would recommend u see your primary provider
