Bad indigestion flareup 12 days ago. had bloodwork ultrasound all normal, on ppi for few weeks. have nagging pinch on outside front of lower left ribs, not inside the abdomen or behind the ribs. doesnt hurt to move or press on it, what is it? worry?

You will not get an answer to your without an in-person examination. I would consider the following conditions,hiatal hernia, gastroparesis, rib pain, muscle pain, skin lesion.
