Personal goals: It is difficult when the people around you have poor habits. It feels demotivating to be the only one who is trying hard. But ultimately, the source of your motivation is you. You want to feel better, do more meaningful work and be a contributing member of your company. Stay focused on your own goals and review them daily. Try to find at least one other person who can help hold you accountable.
