Evening. i am on zetomax 20mg. i accidentally took an extra tablet this evening. i usually only take 1 in the morning. what so i do now? do i take my next dosage tomo morning? i dont feel weird or anything. thank u?

Lisinopril: A total of 40 mgs of lisinopril is a substantial dose. Dropping your blood pressure too low would be the concern with lightheadedness the major symptom. Usually a systolic bp under 100 produces this symptom. No symptoms is reassuring. Can you track your bp? Tomorrow I would like you to take your bp before taking any zetomax and if the reading is under 120 systolic, call your MD for instructions.
