Yes: Emergency Contraceptives are used after sexual intercourse - not before an intended act. A few antibiotics can impact on effectiveness of oral contraceptives. You can check with your pharmacist to see if that antibiotic has potential to interfere with your pill. If yes, use a back up such as a condom.
