I have adhd, and i take vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) every morning, and i just accidentally took another one just now. what should i do?

Watchful waiting: You should be fine with just taking 1 extra pill in a 24 hour period. If you want to be extra safe, you could eat some bread, drink a few glasses of milk and increase your fluids in general. But truly, you should be fine. Just do not make a habit of it and develop some process to remind you to take the pills as prescribed. Best wishes.

You should be fine: Depending on the dose, taking an accidental second dose of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) may cause an increase in side effects including agitation, poor sleep and at higher doses hallucinations. The vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) only lasts 10 - 12 hours and so any side effects will subside. If your are overly agitated or concerned, please contact your physician for further guidance.

Nothing: Should not be dangerous but be careful. Perhaps using a medication stick with compartments for each day will avoid accidental double dosing.
